We recognize that unforeseen circumstances may arise. To ensure fairness and allow us to serve all clients effectively, the following cancellation policy applies:

• Cancellations or reschedules with at least 12 hours’ notice: No fee will be charged.
• Cancellations or reschedules with less than 12 hours’ notice: A $30 cancellation fee may be applied.
• Cancellations or reschedules made within 2 hours of the appointment, or failure to attend: The full service fee will be charged.
